For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.

Each Player is fully responsible for the security and activity of their 33jl Account. The following rules apply:

• You may hold only one (1) registered Account on 33jl. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party.

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, baccarat side-bet exploitation, or sports betting arbitrage schemes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any 33jl game or system component. Any winnings derived from known errors must be returned.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on any 33jl content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use of 33jl's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33jl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the Player into their 33jl Account during the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical errors beyond 33jl's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank.
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures, or public health emergencies.

Nothing in this section limits 33jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

33jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable 33jl game rule or promotion term.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.

In cases of Account closure for breach, 33jl may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances representing legitimately deposited funds not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method after any investigation is concluded, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 33jl support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 33jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to contact 33jl support in good faith to seek resolution of the dispute through the Platform's internal complaints process. 33jl commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

33jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notifications and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on the Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 33jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure. All rights and obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of the amendment remain unaffected.
